Returns apply only to physical goods dispatched from the Kawau Island desk. Editorial pages remain freely readable regardless of purchase history.
Eligible window
Post-marked returns must ship within fourteen calendar days of delivery confirmation unless local consumer regulations specify a longer baseline for your address.
Condition checks
Items should arrive back unwashed, unscented, and with packaging inserts so staff can verify SKU codes. Incomplete bundles slow inspection because matching components manually takes extra time.
How to start
Email help@backmove.world with your order reference and a short description of the concern. We reply with a return authorisation note and the appropriate inbound address.
Refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment path when banking rails allow. Shipping charges follow the rate sheet active at purchase unless an error originated on our fulfilment side.

Photograph outer cartons before opening when possible—it speeds carrier conversations if weather affected ferry transfers.
